- Preheat your oven at 325 F.
- Mash the bananas using a fork.
- In a shallow bowl, throw in the eggs, sugar, and salt.
- Beat on medium speed using an electric mixer until the mixture is very pale.
- Add in the oil, bananas and vanilla and mix just until incorporated.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix on low speed until there are no lumps.
- Fold in the peanuts using a spoon or spatula. You may save some of the peanuts to sprinkle on top.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the rest of the peanuts over the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. A skewer inserted into the bottom of the cake should come out clean.
- Cool the cake completely, take it out of the pan and it's ready to serve!
