- Take the chicken keema wash it. Drain the excess water. Now add salt, Gondhoraj lemon juice. The leaves by tearing it into small pcs. And the lemon zest. Mix them all. Keep it for 10-15 mins.
- Now make a paste of ginger, garlic green chiles and poppy seed. Mix it in the keema. Add the dried coconut milk powder about 2-3 tbpsp. Add enough mustard oil as it will be cooked in it. Keep it for another 15-20 min.
- Now take the banana leaf wash it. Pat it dry. Then roll it over the flame so that it soften. Cut it into medium pcs.
- Now put a portion on the leaf. Wrap it. Tie it with the thread. In a tawa add little oil and spread it evenly. Now put the patruri. Cook it in very flow flame for 20-25 min. By flipping side. The leave will change colour but make sure it don't get burnt.
- Serve it with rice. Please note that the banana leaf should be fresh.
