  6. Parcel the fish inside the Banana Leaf and tie with a string.
  7. Place this parcel inside a steamer and stea it for 10-15 mins until done. (Time varies depending on the size of the  fish, i used a small Snapper)
  8. Once steamed take out and place it on a clean plate, serve with hot soy rice.

One things I miss most about home is the seafood. Prepare the grill or preheat the broiler. Top with carrots, green onion, then cilantro leaves. Spoon the lime-juice mixture over the snapper and vegetables. Fold other half of foil over fish.
